  • Cardiac history

The goal is not simply to identify individual abnormal values but to understand the complete cardiovascular risk profile.

The primary markers reviewed include:

  • Total cholesterol
  • LDL cholesterol
  • HDL cholesterol
  • Triglycerides
  • Non-HDL cholesterol
  • Cholesterol/HDL ratio
  • ApoB
  • LDL particle number

LDL Particle Number

Purpose

LDL particle number measures the number of LDL particles rather than simply the cholesterol contained within them.

  • LDL particle number elevated.

Interpretation

This reinforces that LDL-related risk deserves attention beyond the standard lipid panel.


Lipoprotein(a)

Finding

Lipoprotein(a) remains low.


Interpretation

This is a favorable cardiovascular finding.

Elevated Lipoprotein(a) is an inherited cardiovascular risk factor; your results do not show this additional risk factor.


7. Inflammation and Cardiovascular Risk

One of the strongest positive trends in your cardiovascular profile is inflammation control.

Relevant markers:

  • CRP: decreased from 32 (2021) to 1–2 range.
  • ESR: decreased from 71 to 6.
